ART HUB - TWO SITES WITH 36 STUDIOS

Art Hub has 2 studio locations in South East London, housing 36 studios. All the spaces boast 24 hour access, good natural light and great facilities.

  Framework Studios, Deptford
Based in the Creative Hub area of Creekside, some of these studios are enclosed spaces with ceiling and window and the rest are open top spaces with natural light from skylights and windows. All studios are fitted with power sockets and daylight striplights.

  Art Hub Studios, Woolwich
Based overlooking the Thames Barrier, there are 11 open top studios with natural light from skylights and daylight striplights. All spaces have power sockets.

Free facilities are located on this site available for use on a rota basis for both studio groups.

The rental costs include business rates, power and service charges. Sharing a studio is possible The lease agreement runs annually which is automatically renewable. You will be required to pay a months deposit and one months rent in advance. The deposit is refundable given that the studio is returned in good condition.
