ART HUB - THREE LOCATIONS WITH 50 STUDIOS
Art Hub is based in South East London across 3 sites. All the studio spaces boast 24 hr access, good natural light and great facilities.
Framework Studios, Deptford
Based in the Creative Hub area of Creekside, some of these studios are enclosed
spaces with ceiling and window and the rest are open top spaces with natural
light from skylights and windows. All studios are fitted with power sockets and
daylight striplights.
Art Hub Studios, Woolwich
Art Hub Print is based overlooking the Thames Barrier, there are 15 open top studios on the 2nd floor with natural light from skylights and daylight strips. All spaces have power sockets and wi-fi access.
Art Hub Craft houses our new studios based on the ground floor . We have created 11 new open top spaces with high ceilings and good light. Allstudios have power sockets and wi-fi access.
Free facilities are located on this site available for use on a rota basis for both studio groups.
The rental costs include business rates, power and service charges. Sharing a studio is possible The lease agreement runs annually which is automatically renewable. You will be required to pay a months deposit and one months rent in advance. The deposit is refundable given that the studio is returned in good condition.
